Class Eligibility:

The settlement covers holders of Commerce Bank consumer accounts, between 4/6/2004 and 8/16/2012, with debit cards who paid overdraft fees as a result of Commerce Bank’s practice of posting Debit Card Transactions for the highest value transactions to the lowest value transactions.

Most claims will be paid out automatically. But, you will need to fill out a claim form if you have an account opened at Commerce Bank Illinois between 4/6/2000 and 12/31/2002.
