Justice Tween Brand False Advertising Class Action Settlement
Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you purchased merchandise from Justice during the period from January 1, 2012 through February 28, 2015, except for those who were eligible to be Class Members in an earlier class action against Justice in Ohio.
Ohio residents who purchased merchandise from Justice stores in Ohio between July 1, 2012 and August 31, 2014 are not included in this settlement because they were eligible to participate in an earlier settlement in the case titled Perez v. Tween Brands, Inc., No. 14-CV-001119, Court of Common Pleas, Lake County, Ohio.
