For class members who suffered fraudulent charges, the settlement provides compensation for any unreimbursed out of pocket expenses associated with credit card fraud suffered by class members, plus two years of credit monitoring. For class members who did not suffer fraudulent charges, the settlement provides for one year of credit monitoring. Clearwire will also forgive all debts owed by class members as of April 30, 2010 that were still unpaid as of December 7, 2012. |
