Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you purchased, in the U.S., Svetol or any green coffee bean extract product containing Svetol for personal use and not for resale during February 2, 2012 until May 17, 2019.
Estimated Amount
Class members who submit proof of purchase will receive $30 in cash for each product purchased. Class members who do not submit proof of purchase will receive $30 in cash for each product purchased up to a $60 limit per household.
